6D-Vision is awarded the Karl Heinz Beckurts Prize
The Karl Heinz Beckurts Prize 2012 is awarded to my colleagues Dr. Uwe Franke, Dr. Stefan Gehrig and me for our work on 6D-Vision. Started Linux Section with NVidia Driver Patch for RT-Preempt Kernel
I've just added a new section Linux containing a page on how to build the latest NVidia driver 295.20 with an 2.6.33.7.2-rt30 kernel. This could be interesting for everyone who wants to use NVidia graphics cards in real-time scenarios. |
Started Computer Vision Section with new POV-Ray Patch

6D-Vision nominated for the 2011 Deutscher Zukunftspreis!
Yesterday (8/27/2011), the german president Christan Wulff announced the three nominees for the 2011 Deutscher Zukunftspreis. Among them is the 6D-Vision Team (Dr.-Ing. Uwe Franke, Dr. rer. nat. Stefan Gehrig and Dr.-Ing. Clemens Rabe) with their project 6D Vision: Recognising Hazards Faster than the Human Eye!
